This odd looking fruit is actually one of the oldest members of the citrus family. It's called a Buddha's Hand.
Well, that makes two of us. I learn more than one thing new everyday, actually. Maybe it's because every day is a new one and that makes it all new.The Buddah hand fruit is so different and yet familiar that it captures my imagination.
